Hi, um i was banned a while ago (and still am) from bashouse and bashoue II. I'm not really sure why though, i think it might have been because i asked what AIMBOT is. The ban said that i had a "hacking device" in my system.:cry2: but i searched my sysstem for hours trying to find something but i found nothing at all. Bashouse II was the only server i played on for about 12-15 months.
To be honest i didnt even know what a aimbot is, i only found out 2 days ago lol
I hope you can find it in your heart to un-ban me. I can't find a thread or anything about my ban so im just hoping for the best.

PS: i called myself Wolf_S when i got banned if that helps :frown: and this was about 12 months ago.

i dont think there was actually anyone on there that i saw, but punkbuster kicked me so i was really confused. I dont understand punkbuster, just coz i said what is aimbot :S

Most cautious game servers run pbbans to join a community where a ban on one server is sent to ban on all the servers streaming to pbbans automatically. None of our admins banned you. Unfortunately, the pbbans servers detected a cvar voilation in your game setup and yes it had to do with an aimbot. I am not commenting on whether it was you or someone using your CD key but it was definately someone who has access to your CD key. This means that you are banned not only on our servers but on all servers streaming to PBBans.

Sorry mate, its out of our hands. We cannot stop streaming to pbbans coz it will open the doors to all kinds of hacks. The only option is to appeal that ban.

thanks GANDALF. i have appeled this ban, but im not sure if it will be lifted (fingers crossed). Would i still be able to submit an application to become a member of GDIC?

sorry hangman, i didnt mean i played that long as in 15 months straight, i meant that was the only server i played on forthat time. sorry for any confusion. I didnt play that much back then, but now i play a hell of a lot.

First of, thanks for showing your interest in joining our little (well, not so little) family.

We are against using any kind of game exploits. In your case it would be very difficult for us to accept you giving the record. I am not blaming you for anything, its quite possible that someone stole your CD key, used an aimbot and got that key banned, but, still we have no means of knowing the facts and will have to go with the pbbans record available publicly. Hope you would understand.
