I was checking out Huiyu's ISP and here is what I came accross:
http://www.netvigator.com/netvigator2003/frameset.html?top=http://www.netvigator.com/netbar/netbar2003/bar3/mega_e.html&content=serviceplans/service_plan.html?Netvigator30Me&anchorLocation=
30 Mbps down and 10 Mbps up for $256 Hk or $33 US Damn, US is lagging years behind. No wonder Huiyu can fly through air over that kind of connection.

If any of you bright guys are curious as to how your country's speeds are compared to other countries, here is the chart for you, some of the smaller countries are not listed. Based on the speeds the graph looks couple
years old too but relative comparision is still probably still true.

I wonder if Korea has taken the number 1 spot since that chart? Anyways, I do notice when the servers are full of high pingers there are a few players like Huiyu who seem to be connecting faster then everyone else including the low pingers.

Since you guys r curious, download speed or higher bandwidth has nothing to do with online gaming. To play COD4 on a 32 slot server all you need is 512 Kbps connection. Anything over it won't make a difference. Whats most important is the latency or ping. When the game server updates the players computer, in easy words, I get the position in 40-50 milliseconds, Huiyu would get the same position data for other players in 200 milliseconds, a difference of 150 milliseconds. 150 millisecs is well over the response time of a resonable player. More so, I get 20 position updates from the game server in a second. Huiyu, CG, Dougie get 6 or 7. They have to interpolate rest in their mind. They have to rely more on their Jedi mind tricks, lol.
From what I have seen the difference between good and not so good game scores is due to couple of reasons:
a)hand eye coordination
b)ping
c)Purpose for playing the game. scores vs hanging out.
Number (a) is bit uncommon these days, most folks are used to keyboards but for those who have this problem, there can be a long time, years may be, before their score is in top 5.
Number (b), Players with high ping have to shoot couple feet ahead of the enemy in the direction of his movement. This can be quite tricky. Hence people with very low pings pick up the game in a month or so, for an Aussie it take 4-6 months to get into the zone. Its not easy shooting at an imaginery target outside the body of the real enemy. I have seen Dougie do it, I can't.
Number (c), take CG for example, between attending to kids frequently and talking to us on skype (can be very distracting, lol) she, may be, gets to play a complete map from start to finish once every 3-4 days. Without guess she will take much longer to get to high scores compared to someone who comes, plays for couple hrs straight and leaves. I see a lot of guys on the game servers who keep talking to everyone else like chopper, for him scores mean nothing, he's in it for the fun of talking to the community.
Hopefully, now you can see why we decided to not take into account a players fragging skill when recruiting. If we did we would never have such a fantastic group of clan members from different countries as we do.

Thank you Gandolf, that was very informative. I will take the info, plug it in to a sliding scale logarithm table and have my new laser pointing gaming mouse with gps , automatically make the appropriate ajustments. Great! thank you alot, I had not even thought about this consideration.

so..for example, when you(gand),red, kid, thieves, vic and the rest of the people with low pings, knife a high pinger, your knife basically goes faster, and theirs slower..? and we have to rely on reaction to make it up o.o ?

Well, the way you worded it I believe you would be wrong because the knife doesnt techinically go any faster, but I remember Red explaining the packet exchange rate or something to me once. I'm sure they can explain it. I think we do sometimes get an advantage though, but I also believe you get one too.
