Lag is giving me the Sh*ts

is it me or the server. im getting jumps of lag for like split seconds. my ping is around 190 200. someone say its not me

I'm getting a lot of lag spikes too, but I think it might be my PC.

It might have been the hackers since they like to use there hacking moves on other players or it might be a virus from someone using a porn site someone who is downloading it.
